We offer exclusive workshops conducted by experienced facilitators and experts. These interactive sessions can be for specific employee groups/suppliers/vendors/students or mixed or a series of workshops for distinct staff levels culminating with one large session of mixed groups. We recommend each session of 45 to 50 individuals.

We don’t offer “inspirational porn”. Our highly accomplished disabled achievers are leaders in their own spaces. They share their stories to change your perceptions of people with disabilities. They offer insights into how their lives have been shaped not by their disabilities but by their dreams, goals and hard work. They help you demolish myths, question your beliefs, and confront your biases. They help you view persons with disabilities as equal, accomplished, talented, and driven, just like you.

We keep our sessions small with 35 to 40 participants maximum.

Personnel Training, Coaching & Transformation

Disability inclusion is a critical part of any business, and every stakeholder has a key role to play in its success. We offer customised modules to build awareness, sensitize employees, managers, HR and DEI leaders. These practical workshops help create inclusive and psychologically safe workplaces to support employees with disabilities. Using dialogue and interactive sessions, our experts and facilitators guide staff and managers building their knowledge about disability, recognize bias and stigma, learn inclusive language and behavior, and leverage tools that promote inclusion in the workplace.

Trainings can be standalone, series, or facilitated events. We provide fully accessible trainings with live closed captions, transcripts, and options to participate in the way that works best for each learn.

Coaching & Mentoring of PwDs

Simply hiring people with disabilities is not enough. You must learn about their diverse abilities and styles and minimise barriers to their growth and development. We offer skilling and training of PwDs for growth and leadership coaching of PwDs for C-Suite roles of tomorrow.
